What Is the Main Difference Between a Wirehair Pointer, and a Wirehair Griffon?

I have a German Wirehair Pointer, and people keep asking if she is a Griffon, but she isn’t. I know they look the same, but what is the difference?

They DON’T "look the same",kid.
The whole point of different breeds.
