What do I need to allow my mouse pointer to tell me what color it is touching?

I want to rest my mouse in random colors. When the mouse pointer rest over a certian color, the computer will sound. What program can let me do this?

Unless you have a special pen, this ain't going to happen.

Sorry

Your question makes no sense. Are the colors on your desk or on the screen? By mouse do you mean the physical mouse that sits on your desk or the cursor on the screen?

Clarify and I'll get back to you.

Most photo programs will tell you what color you are on. But no sound or buzzers or bells. Just the color code.

The color picker add-on for firefox will do something similar to what you ask (without the sound though).
