My Labtop Pointer Is Creating Area Windows and Cant Stop It. How Do I Deactiveate It?

So everytime i move my pointer it creates an invisible area window…and it continues when i use every program..on the web it highlights everything as i drag the pointer.

Go into the control panel and click on Mouse. Then change the sensitivity settings, you might have to reboot.

Go to Control panel – Folder Options – General Tab – Click Items as follows…and make sure you have the "Double-click" option on…..if you have "single-click",it will highlight everything as you go across it….Hope this helps !
