In Adobe Photoshop CS3 when I try to draw with the brush tool, the pointer is a crosshair that is very difficult to see. How do I change the pointer style?
turn off the caps lock. i won’t even tell you how long it took me to figure that out.

I suspect that you have your brush set at a very tiny size. Press the "]" repeatedly to increase the size. But if this is not your problem, menu item Edit > Preferences.
