How Do I Change the Color of an Already Made Mouse Pointer in Windows 7?

I downloaded some mouse pointers, I like the pointers but the colors are wrong, I would like to know a way without buying software to change the colors of an already made mouse pointer file, if possible.

Hi Jason,

Check out this run-down for how to personalize the look and feel of your mouse pointer. Hope this helps! http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Change-mouse-settings.

You can certainly play around with the look and feel of the pointer, but I haven’t been able to find a way to change a pre-existing pointer option.
